Delivery |
We aim to deliver your order within four working days of receipt of your order. Please allow up to 10 days before chasing delivery. Orders within the UK are despatched by Royal Mail or courier. Deliveries for outside the UK are normally despatched via air mail, unless bulk shipping arrangements have been made.

Card Payments
|
Debit and Credit card payments are handled on behalf of Toe by Toe by Keda Publications. Orders for Toe by Toe books will be processed immediately by Toe by Toe and sent to the customer directly, with a receipt. Keda Publications name will appear on correspondence relating to your card account.

Information provided by you when ordering goods and services is only used to distribute those goods and to notify you of the progress of your order, including any after sales service that we deem necessary, such services being limited to the provision of free services, or notification that a paid for service is available. We do not sell or disclose our customer list to any other organisation, nor do we use our customer information to distribute material on behalf of other organisations. If you order direct from us, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. Please re-package the relevant item securely and return it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please write "Contract Cancellation" on the delivery slip or invoice and enclose it with the goods.
Goods must be returned in saleable condition - i.e no creases or marks to any part of the goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered them to you in error. If we do not receive the goods back from you, and you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, we may arrange for collection of the goods from you at your cost. We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. Any returns should be sent to the address printed on the invoice/delivery note/receipt that accompanied the books, or the address shown on our contact details page.
