These pages consist of a descriptive text (left hand page) and a record
of the students' performance (right hand page). For example, Page 8 describes the procedure
for the coach to adopt whilst Page 9 shows the students' performance. You
may find it easier to follow the text if these pages are printed out and
laid side by side - as if you have the book to hand.
